Poem Beasts

The Arbeau (Arbor)

Look again

Wide-opened eyes
Arbeau sees love unattached
far beyond more myopic beasts.
Threatens actuality with change
to abstracted reality.
Parallel lines of perceptive converge on
nonexistent points.
Critics make points of counting too many points.
Trying to point out the picture
to sleepers asleep in collapsed dreams.

Arbeau, colorful as white
rainbow night
unbinds light
to wake drunk logic.
So seehearts may also see.
