Poem Beasts

The Woebeast (Woe?)

Tell me more

One of the most expressive…sometimes…
the dullest of all the beasts
Woebeast always makes sure it gets the last grunt in.
In what?
In just about everything.
Its infinite legions are just that…legion.
It attacks while it defends
attracts while it repulses
whines while it roars.
For illusion’s sake, only a dot can stop it.
At least one aspect of it.
Death does not stop it
if ghosts may be believed.
Some of the ‘non-creatures’ take a vow to non-attach it
but, how do these good creatures detach
from a vow that rhymes with bow-wow
intuited by another beast set upon by Woebeast.
The sitting ones may fail.
But they certainly try.

Chaplin did not use a Woebeast until Woebeasts buried him.

It was at the beginning.
It shall be at the end.
Plus, a few more………
