Poem Beasts

The Bestebeau (Best Beast)

Silly but true

The spring bunny nibbles away.
Because it’s hungry.
Naturally.
Has big ears because
it needs them.
Because mother knows best.
By her nature.
And what Goldielocks stole.
For her nature.
Poppa, Mama, and Baby Bear were angry.
By their nature.
In innocent tales all the beasts of the woods
seem to act naturally.
That is not good not bad.
Just live their lives.
Except for one. Humbeast?
